Q: Are all your products ethically sourced?
A: Absolutely. We were intentional and tedious with the selection process for this reason exactly! The vendor we use has proven to Good Ties Apparel that they are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards through their operations and business practices by applying strong human rights principles in the workplace from top to bottom. They proudly stand behind their conduct with fellow employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders knowing that the integrity and credibility of their operations leads to their success and trust with all they represent. If at any time it is brought to out attention that their conduct does not meet our standards, please trust that we will handle that accordingly. 

Q: When will you restock my size?
A: Good Ties Apparel is currently operating through the launch of different collections every few months. For this reason, restocks and their frequency will vary. Please let us know when there is a design/size  you'd like to see more! We find it important to keep up with us online through social media and/or email so we can connect with our customers on the ways we grow. We value your ideas!

Q: Why do you need my personal information when purchasing something from your shop?
A: Certain information is needed for us to provide the best customer care possible for you. We ask for your email and phone number in case we need to get ahold of you for any reason regarding your order. We find it convenient for our customer to have the ability to log in on our website for tracking purposes as well.

Q: When will I receive my items?
A: The arrival of your items depends on your shipping preferences you select during checkout. When purchasing an item from Good Ties Apparel, you will be given different shipping options with a general estimate of when you will receive your item. If you do not receive your items within the projected time frame, please email info@goodtiesapparel.com with your order number as we will be happy to help you.

Q: I have a question about my order.
A: Good Ties Apparel customer service will be happy to assist with any questions you may have via info@goodtiesapparel.com. You can expect to receive a response of 24 hours or less Monday through Friday and 48 hours or less Saturday and Sunday.

Q: Can I receive a tracking number for my recent purchase?
A: A tracking number is sent automatically to the email provided with your purchase at the time of shipment, but please email info@goodtiesapparel.com should you have any trouble.

Q: Can I return something?
A: Good Ties Apparel does not offer free returns/exchanges, but if you have received a damaged item or an incorrect item, we will gladly do what we need to, correct the mistake. We ask in the case of a damaged/incorrect item that you please email a description and photo if applicable to info@goodtiesapparel.com within 14 days of receiving the order. For further questions regarding returns please find our return policy here.

Important note: If you do not receive confirmation that your payment has been successful, do not try again. Instead please contact us immediately. Good Ties Apparel is not responsible for the return shipping fees of returns or the shipping fees associated with exchanging an item. If your order is damaged, please contact us at info@goodtiesapparel.com and we will be happy to assist with filing a claim with the carrier. We're unable to accept merchandise that is returned after 14 days, worn, or damaged.
